The ERO Joint® splicing system can be used in all types of PU, PVC, Polyolefin conveyor belts with textile plies over 1mm thick.
It can also be used in elastic belts.
The assembly is carried out using 3 transverse rods (stainless steel or polyacetal rods).
The ERO Joint® is integrated directly into the belt, without changing the top structure of the belt, its width or color.
The use of ERO Joint® belts gives you complete freedom and flexibility: no special tools or welding procedures to follow, no deburring and no risk of not making a successful joint. ERO Joint® belts are easy and quick to assemble.
Advantages
Quick and easy assembly. With the ERO Joint® solution, you reduce intervention times and production downtime.
ERO Joint® is compatible with the use of wipers, does not change the thickness at the joint, nor the minimum winding diameter. The ERO Joint® joining system is a durable solution. ERO joints can be modified (lengthened) to increase their mechanical strength.
The ERO Joint® splicing system can also be used for textile fiber conveyor belts.

The ERO Joint® splicing system can also be used for round and V-belt.
ERO splicing belts are manufactured in our workshops according to a patented process, at the requested length.
Alternatives
Junction with clips
A belt can be joined with clips, but the ERO Joint® joining system assembled on the belts has a much longer service life.
The ERO Joint® mechanical splicing system maintains the thickness and structure on the top side of the conveyor belt.
Hinge fasteners
A conveyor belt may be assembled with hinge fasteners but whatever the way of lacing technology, conveyor belts with mechanical system ERO joint® will have a longer lifespan.
The mechanical joint fastening systems ERO Joint® keep the thickness and the structure of belt on the top surface.
Welding or gluing on site
Conveyor belts may be welded or glued on site by using a hot press in accordance with the splicing and welding procedure. For that, you need to buy a hot press or pay a maintenance intervention.
This type of intervention takes at least 3 hours.
The conveyor belts with mechanical fastening system ERO joint® are assembled in 15 minutes. Thanks to this new lacing technology, production costs are significantly reduce and the downtime too.
